Helpful Ordering Tips
-When to order:
We hate having to tell our customers “no”! As soon as you know you are planning an event, give us and a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We typically book about a week to a week and half out. During our busier seasons it can be even further out. Just give us a call!
-How to Order:
We are currently taking all of our custom orders through email. Standard orders can be taken over the phone or by email. You can certainly give us call during our business hours and we can answer any questions!
-What Information helps us the most:
-Start by telling us how many people you are anticipating the cake should feed. From there we can give you an idea of what size and shape options are available.
-Next we need to know what type of event you having. This question will help determine what type of decorations will best fit! If you have a particular color, a theme, a party napkin/plate or centerpiece definitely bring them in and we will do our best to create something out of your vision.
-Check, Check and Re-check your order:
We want to do our best on creating a cake that you will remember for years to come. It is extremely important to us that you check over all the details and make sure we are on the right page before the order is completed. All changes must be made within 48 hours of the date it is due.
